Mumbai: Bollywood star Salman Khan recently did an endorsement for a footwear brand and was supposedly paid over Rs 2 crore. A portion of the sales from the collection will be donated to his charity, Being Human, says a media report.
The report quoted a source close to Salman as saying, the star was paid somewhere between Rs 2crore to Rs 5 crore.
The shoot of the commercial was delayed because Salman wasn't too pleased with the script that was initially presented to him.
“He wanted a few changes, which were promptly made. After which, they immediately fixed the dates,” adds the source.
Getting time from the actor was not easy as he has been busy promoting his upcoming film, Ek Tha Tiger, while shooting for brother Arbaaz Khan's Dabangg 2.
