Mumbai, Feb 24: All the Himmatwalas came together at the launch of the retro peppy number, "Thank God Its Friday' at a posh lounge in Bandra.
Dressed to the T in a retro outfit reminiscent of the one Parveen Babi wore in Shaan's cult hit 'Pyaar Karne Waale', complete with a thin metal headband and chunky ring, Sonakshi stuck to a few choreographed moves before leaving the stage to the background dancers.
Director of the flick Sajid Khan says that Sonakshi Sinha was his first and last choice for the song.
