Mumbai, Sept 6: Fans who have been eagerly waiting to see father-son duo Rishi and Ranbir Kapoor share screen space won't have to wait too long now as they have come together for Pepsi's latest ad. There was a strong buzz that the father-son duo would be teaming together for a film, but they will be sharing screen space for the first time in the upcoming Pepsi commercial.
They will be seen playing father and son in the commercial as well. According to sources, the two actors were quite comfortable during the shoot.
A teaser of the commercial that went on air today shows Rishi dismissing his son's chances of becoming a ‘crorepati' while the son has a plan in place. It ends with a voiceover “15 September Ko Pepsi Game Badle Ga” and the theme music for ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati' plays.
Filmmaker Ayan Mukherji, who has worked with Ranbir in Wake Up Sid, has directed this ad. The complete commercial will go on air from September 15.
