New Delhi: After 'Gajanana', 'Deewani Mastani' and 'Pinga', the fourth song 'Malhari' from the Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus 'Bajirao Mastani' has been launched on Saturday.
Dressed in brown dhoti pant, printed shirt and brown jacket, the main lead Ranveer Singh performed to the victory anthem 'Malhari' amidst crazy fans cheering for him.
The song, which is shot on an extensive scale, is sung by Vishal Dadlani and choreographed by Ganesh Acharya and signifies victory and celebration. In the period drama, the 'Malhari' track comes after a crucial victory that Bajirao and his soldiers celebrate.
Busy in shooting for 'Quantico' in Canada, actress Priyanka Chopra especially flown in to attend the launch event of the new Bajirao Mastani song.
Priyanka Chopra also performed on the dance steps on the song 'Pingaa'.
On being questioned about the release along with SRK's Dilwale, Priyanka said "Both the films are different and Bajirao Mastani is a masterpiece in itself."
Priyanka Chopra feels no one is better than Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone as Bajirao and Mastani in the upcoming film "Bajirao Mastani".
Ranveer, who is rumoured to be dating Deepika, was all praise for her work ethics. "I like Deepika's work ethics, they are unparalleled. She can multi-task. She is a thorough professional and a very generous actor," he said.
"There is no word called 'give up' in my dictionary. I would continue to work even when I would be dying," Ranveer Singh said at the launch event of Bajirao Mastani song, when asked if he ever felt like giving up.
Deepika Padukone will be seen playing Bajirao's second wife Mastani, while Priyanka Chopra will play the role of Bajirao's first wife Kashi Bai. The movie is slated to release on 18th December.
