New Delhi: Actor Randeep Hooda has once again landed a substantial role for himself. He will be seen essaying the character of Salman Khan's coach in the upcoming biopic ‘Sultan.'
Randeep had previously shared screen space with Dabangg Khan in ‘Kick.'
Apparently, both the actors shared a great rapport on the sets of ‘Kick' and it was Salman Khan who suggested Randeep's name to the director Ali Abbas Zafar.
Sources say that Ali required a tall versatile actor who also has a good physique so Salman suggested Randeep's name and the director agreed.
This film also marks Randeep's entry into YRF as the film is a YRF production.
This is indeed a very big opportunity and an important role for the ‘Highway' actor whose last few films such as ‘Rang Rasiya' & ‘Main Aur Charles' haven't done well at the box office.
Randeep is currently working on ‘Sarabjit' alongside Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and has lost a bunch of weight for his character which he is now required to put back on for ‘Sultan.' He'll be undergoing some tough training sessions to meet the demand of the character.
Well, going by the actor's potential we are sure that Randeep will put up a great show and it will be extremely interesting to see him training Salman Khan.
‘Sultan' is all set to release on Eid next year and it will be clashing with Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Raees.'
