News about the making of a biopic on the legendary singer Kishore Kumar, by director Anurag Basu had hardly come in when there is news of another director, Shashank, who is going to make a biopic too, on the same legendary singer pouring in, thick and fast.
Reportedly, Anurag Basu, who is going to make the biopic with Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif playing Kishore Kumar and Madhubala respectively, is going to concentrate on all aspects of the singer's life. Like his professional, private and also his social life.Amit Kumar, Kishore Kumar's son would be singing the songs in the film, to give the authentic touch.
Whereas director Shashank (who is known for the famous Quick Gun Murugan), wants to cast Aamir Khan for the role of Kishore Kumar. The director, will be focusing on the romantic angle of the singers life, and the great bond of love that he shared with his wife Madhubala.The female lead has not yet been finalized.
The depth of the love that the two shared, as in spite of knowing that the lady he was marrying, would not survive for long, the great singer went ahead and got married, both shared beautiful days together, such was the depth of their intense relationship.
Now, what is interesting is that the two stars, that is Aamir and Ranbir will be on a musical chord war, literally, and it will be the audience, who will be spoilt for choice, between the young heart throb and the perfectionist Khan!
