New Delhi: Few days back we witnessed Rahul Mahajan and his wife Dimpy Mahajan sharing a good chemistry in Big Boss - Halla Bol. Rumours also did rounds that the couple that parted ways last year might reunite. But Rahul has cleared the air about his relationship in his tweets to Dimpy.
The former Bigg Boss contestant was quoted on the social media platform as saying, “from today onwards we are 'just' friends DimpyMahajan”.
Vindu Dara Singh who was also a co-contestant in Bigg Boss and a good friend to both wished them for their new journey via Twitter.
“Congrats to you both for this new journey and proud of the way you will keep the friendship and no hatred”, wrote Vindu Dara Singh.
Dimpy Mahajan on the other hand replied quite sportingly to Vindu's quote as she wrote, “thankyou vindu bhaiya so much”.
Dimpy and Rahul who married on a reality show ‘Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega' were spotted accompanying each other at numerous occasions. The two participated in dance show ‘Nach Baliye' and displayed their intense love in public.
But it didn't last long. Just four-months post their marriage, the two had a fight and Dimpy left for Kolkata. Dimpy also accused Rahul of physically abusing her and was quoted as saying, "Rahul Mahajan punched, kicked and dragged me by the hair."
She even showed her bruises to the lensmen around and it was reported that they would get separated soon.
Now everything is fine between them, however, they are not together anymore. We wish them all the success in life.
