New Delhi: Actress Nia Sharma became a household name across the nation after she played the second lead in the TV serial, ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai'. Lucky for her, almost after that serial she bagged another prime time show with the channel ZeeTV, ‘Jamai Raja'.
But, Nia and her co-star Reyhna Malhotra recently experienced the bitter side of social media when the latter posted a picture of their lip to lip kiss on Instagram.

The image invited many negative comments on Instagram, so much so that the on-screen Samaira was forced to take it down.
According to a source from the ‘Jamai Raja' show; “Both the ladies share a great rapport and exchange a good vibe. They are always on the go, clicking fun pictures and selfies on sets. They both are quite liberal in thought and do not shy away from being upfront.”
Reyhana, while speaking on the matter with a leading daily, said “Why so much hype about it? When a girl can kiss on cheeks, why not on lips? Nia and I are very different kind of people. We like each other's positive attitude and fashion sense. We have become very good friends and we enjoy each other's company.”
She also added, “I had put up this pic on Instagram but fans took it very negatively. They started posting bad comments on the pic. Hence I had to take it off from Instagram. I want to make it clear that we both are not lesbians and are very much straight. People kiss because they like that person. Nia and I share a very cute bond.”
