Mumbai: 'Munna Bhai, Sallu Bhai', the film inspired by the lives of Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt would be out with its first look on Dec 27, Salman Khan's birthday.
Salman will turn 48 on Dec 27 and the cast and crew of the film which is directed by Muazzam Beg, have arranged a cake cutting ceremony at Bandra's Gaiety Galaxy.
"When we started shooting in Ajmer, people on sets would ask me if we would also celebrate Salman's birthday. I said yes and here we are, all geared up for it," Beg said in a statement without confirming the superstar's presence at the function.
"We want to celebrate the day with the actor's die-hard fans and also take the opportunity to unveil the first look of the film," he added.
During the shooting of the film in Jaipur and Ajmer, some of Salman's fans had requested Beg to pass on their birthday wishes to the superstar.
The film stars debutant actors Shresth Kumar, Zubair Khan and Anjali Arora in key roles and is slated to release in 2014.
