Mumbai court extended Aryan Khan custody only till October 7. Opposing extension of custody sought by the NCB, Aryan Khan's advocate Satish Maneshinde argued that his client had no criminal antecedents. Aryan Khan had shown good conduct by not running away from NCB officers when the raid was being conducted and allowed them to search him, the advocate argued.

Maneshinde claimed no drugs were recovered from Aryan's possession.

Aryan Khan brought to NCB office from court, where will remain till October 7. The agency busted an alleged drugs party on the Cordelia Cruise ship which was on its way to Goa at mid-sea on Saturday night.

The Narcotics Control Bureau on Monday arrested Shreyas Nair, who has alleged links with Aryan Khan, from Goregaon in a drugs case. Earlier today, Aryan Khan and seven others were sent to a three-day NCB custody by a Mumbai court in connection with a drugs seizure on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate R M Nerlikar noted that the investigation in the case is of prime importance and considering this aspect, the presence of the accused before the NCB is necessary.

"The fact is that the co-accused in the case were found in possession of drugs and these three accused (Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha) were accompanying them. Investigation is of prime importance and hence it is useful for both the prosecution and the accused to prove their innocence," the court said.

Aryan Khan's bail hearing will be held today, afternoon. Reports state that while the star kid was taken into custody, nothing was found on him and he was booked only on consumption charges. Not just him but seven other youths were taken into custody by the NCB, and subsequently, formally arrested. The NCB will produce Aryan Khan and other accused at the Killa Court.

Filmmaker Hansal Mehta took to Twitter to extend his support to the Bollywood superstar. He also urged people to stop jumping to conclusions before the law takes its course. "It is painful for a parent having to deal with a child getting into trouble. It gets compounded when people begin to arrive at judgements before the law takes its course. It is disrespectful and unfair to the parent and to the parent-child relationship. With you @iamsrk," Hansal tweeted.

Aryan Khan, Munmun and Arbaaz will be produced in the court today afternoon where NCB officials are going to demand police custody of these three. All three will be produced in the court around 2.30 pm. Apart from this, 5 other accused will also be presented before the court.

All other accused including Aryan Khan are being interrogated at NCB office in Ballard Pier. After interrogation till 12 o'clock last night, NCB director Sameer Wankhede has just reached the NCB office again.

A drug supplier was taken into custody by Narcotics Control Bureau following raids in Bandra, Andheri, Lokhandwala, late last night.

Three accused including Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha, who were arrested on Monday, have been remanded to NCB custody by the Esplanade Court in Mumbai till Monday. The next hearing will be held on Monday afternoon. Other accused Nupur Satija, Ishmeet Singh Chadha, Mohak Jaiswal, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhokar were arrested later today and will be produced before the Court today after their medical tests.

Aryan Khan and seven others were detained late Saturday night by NCB sleuths after they raided the cruise ship on its way from Mumbai to Goa.

A special holiday court of additional metropolitan magistrate R K Rajebhosale on Sunday remanded Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant to the custody of the NCB till October 4.

The NCB team, led by its zonal director Sameer Wankhede, raided the Goa-bound ship on Saturday evening based on a tip-off that a party was scheduled onboard. The sleuths seized 13 grams of cocaine, five grams of MD, 21 grams of charas and 22 pills of Ecstasy and Rs 1.33 lakh.

The action came after the NCB's swoop on Saturday evening aboard the Cordelia Cruises deluxe ship as it was preparing for a scheduled Mumbai-Goa voyage, shocking the people, especially in the entertainment industry.
