The deaf and mute Esha Sherwani looks cute. Tabu as Mukesh David's adviser in his love story is raw in her behavior. Lara Dutta doesn't have too much as she learns playing guitar and also feels fallen for Vinay David, but disappoints in whatever she has.
While the actors like Satish, Kaushik, Saurab Shukla and Sarika seems wasted in their part.
Music Director Prashant Pillai and Mikey McCleary have done a commendable job. The backround score is nicely merged with the scenes and perfectly adds to its weightage which is admirable.
While in the first half there is a sequence of numerous songs at every ten minutes which might irritate you, as it is felt that the songs composed are forcibly being utilized. Among them the theme song titiled ‘Gum Huye' and ‘Tere Mere Pyar Ki' are worth listening and not to forget ‘Mast Kalandar' which is on the charts.
In so many appreciations, if I don't mention Editor A. Sreekar Prasad's name, then it would be unjustifiable. The back and forth scenes are nicely kept in their places giving none to tickle his or her head.
I will go with 3 stars for Bejoy's stylish and innovative ‘David'. The message delivered ‘Being bad is good and being good is bad occasionally' would make you think does it really suit to the three stories connected in an improper manner.
