New Delhi: The love affair between Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif have bagged a lot of attention. But recently, the B-town was taken aback after the news about Ranbir-Katrina's break-up took over the social media.
The news was indeed quite shocking for everyone, but Katrina chose to maintain a stoic stance despite of being shattered form inside.
While the diva is busy in promoting her upcoming movie ‘Fitoor', the news of her breakup at this point of time, raised some tough questions for her to answer.
During a recent ‘Fitoor' promotional event, Katrina ended up facing an awkward situation when a reporter asked her about the news doing the rounds on social media platforms.
The ‘Jagga Jasoos' actress was quite miffed with the question. However, she chose to say nothing at all. But as they say silence is golden and sometimes, it speaks more than the words, Katrina's silence spoke a lot about the brewing storm in her mind.
It was then that ‘Fitoor' director Abhishek Kapoor came to her rescue and stated, “This isn't the right place to talk about it.”
Though neither Katrina nor Abhishek confirmed the news about the break-up, but the director's statement did gave a hint about the couple's separation.
Katrina will soon be seen on the silver screen in ‘Fitoor' opposite Aditya Roy Kapur , which will hit the theatres on February 12.
