Bollywood star Katrina Kaif is doing a hot item number for Farah Khan's movie Tees Maar Khan, reports Mumbai Mirror.
For this hot item number, Kat will be wearing a ‘naughty' ghaghra choli designed by Aki Narula, says the report.
Katrina will go through 15 to 20 days of training in jhatkas for this item number.
Since Bollywood has all but forgotten the original ‘dhak dhak' girl Madhuri Dikshit, all eyes will now be on the Kat number. Farah Khan is a self-proclaimed ardent fan of Madhuri, says the report.
Madhuri Dikshit was a sensuous dancer who carried off all the thumkas in Bollywood with grace. Katrina has her work cut out for her. It will take some effort on her part to play the village belle and carry off the distinctly Indian moves, says the Mirror report.
Director Farah Khan says, “Katrina has to do a village belle number a la Madhuri. I've even given her Madhuri's DVDs to watch, so that she gets the right expressions and the thumkas. The song will be shot at Malsej Ghat and Kat will rehearse with chief choreographer Geeta Kapoor and me.”
