Mumbai: Actors Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Fawad Khan have wrapped up shooting for modern family drama film ‘Kapoor And Sons'.
The trio says the glimpse of all the fun and frolic of Shakun Batra's film will soon be unveiled.
Sidharth shared the news of completing the shooting for the film via a tweet that read, “#KapoorAndSons wrapped up....and coming soon @aliaa08 @_fawadakhan_ @shakunbatra @karanjohar.”
Alia sent a shout out to her fans and followers to wait for the first look of the film saying, “Coming soooooooon :) @s1dharthm ifawadkhan #kapoorandsonssince1921.”
The romantic drama, produced by filmmaker Karan Johar, will see Alia, Sidharth and Fawad sharing screen space for the first time together. The male leads will be seen playing the role of writers.
This will be Alia and Sidharth's second film together after the superhit ‘Student Of The Year' that marked their debut. The movie also starred ‘Dilwale' actor Varun Dhawan.
Director Shakun Batra had earlier helmed Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer ‘Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' which was also produced by Karan Johar.
'Kapoor And Sons' is slated to hit the theatres on March 18 next year. The film has already created quite a buzz and is much anticipated by the audiences.
