After Jiah's death, Sooraj got a few days arrest but in October last year, Bombay High Court ordered to further investigate the death mystery after Jiah's mother demanded a CBI probe, fearing that Jiah was murdered.
There are 22 witnesses in the case, including a doctor who helped Jiah in an abortion, her building watchman, a florist, a servant at the Pancholi home and Sooraj's friends.Jiah hanged herself at her Juhu residence on June 3.
