It was obvious as Farhan Akhtar always carried the perfect family man image and his chemistry with Adhuna was no less than perfect.
However, the couple decided to deal with this phase and released an official statement about their separation.
Seems ‘Wazir' actor wants this phase to be as less complicated as possible. That is why Farhan has decided to give away one time alimony to Adhuna after divorce instead of giving monthly maintenance.
On the other hand, Farhan's wife Adhuna is keen to retain their family home Vipassana, where she is currently staying with their daughters.
According to the media reports, Ahuna has told Farhan that she has also contributed to making the home, so she'd like to continue staying there instead of looking for a new place and setting it up all over again.
Farhan has been married to Adhuna for 16 years and has two daughters. While the couple remains tight-lipped about the reason behind their separation, it is speculated that Farhan's extra marital affair is the reason for their divorce.
