New Delhi: The former beauty queen Dia Mirza is all set to tie knot with beau Sahil Sangha today. After a lavish yet traditional mehendi ceremony, the beautiful actress witnessed the fun filled sangeet.
The bride-to-be glowed in a gorgeous lehenga by designer Anita Dongre, while Sahil looked every bit the prince charming that he is in a black buttoned up bandgala with payjama.
The couple has been celebrating the build up to the nuptials with their family and friends in the capital as well as in Mumbai.
The sangeet was attended by her family and close friends. Dia is likely to host a lavish reception for her colleagues in Mumbai.
Sahil had proposed to Dia in New York in April this year, after their visit to an award show in Tampa Bay.
Dia looked radiant in a blue and gold Anita Dongre lehenga, which she accesorised with matching kundan jewellery, while she interacted with the media.
The 'Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein' actress, reportedly also had a specially choreographed dance number prepared for the sangeet.
The actress-turned-producer made sure that her beloved fans were very much a part of her celebrations as she has been updating pictures from the pre-wedding ceremonies.
Dia posted a picture of herself and fiancé Sahil at their mehendi ceremony, which took place on Thursday.
The actress had donned a rich gold coloured anarkali by designer Ritu Kumar, while Sahil complemented her in a red kurta and bandhgala jacket.
Earlier this year, Sahil got down on his knees and proposed to the woman of his dreams on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York.
The radiant beauty, crowned Miss Asia-Pacific International in 2000, has featured in Bollywood films such as "Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein" and 'Parineeta'.
The duo co-own a production house called Born Free Entertainment, which released its second project ‘Bobby Jasoos' earlier this year, featuring actress Vidya Balan in the lead role.
