New Delhi: A two-day film festival focused on gender-based violence will be held in the national capital from December 11.
The American Center and Cinderbaar have collaborated to host the film festival, a statement said.
The festival will comprise a series of powerful films featuring Hollywood actresses like Jodie Foster, Charlize Theron, Whoopi Goldberg, Oprah Winfrey and Angela Bassett.
The films featured at the festival will be: “The Accused”, “North Country”, “The Color Purple”, “What's Love Got to Do with It” and “Safe Haven”.
Last evening, the three day festival film festival for persons with disabilities concluded with Vivek Oberoi being the guest of honour. At the inauguration of this event, which was called a ‘great start' by renowned lyricist Gulzar; Salman Khan had sent a special video message for the viewers.
