Mumbai: Lately, Katrina kaif's hair has become talk of the town with reports that producers had to shell out a whopping 55 lakh on her hairs - quite a hair-raising price indeed.
According to reports, The humoungous amount that went behind the luciosus hairs that Katrina is sporting in the upcoming film, was because director Abhishek Kapoor wanted her hairs should have strong resemblance with Kashmir's famous Chinar trees.
Althought it is unbelievable that how could it cost Rs 55 lakh? Reports also say, the team was not getting the desired colour tone for Katrina's hair, so she got a London-based professional to do the job. And for the same, Kat had to fly to London every month to get the colour correction done.
For continuity's sake. And it was Katrina's first class tickets and five star accommodation that added to the producer's cost!
Talking about film Fitoor, film is directed by Abhishek Kapoor and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, is based on Charles Dickens' novel Great Expectations.'
The film features Aditya Roy Kapur, Katrina Kaif and Tabu in lead roles, releasing this February 12.
