Bollywood's superstar Amitabh Bachchan hosted a birthday bash at his home in Jalsa on Monday night.
The guest list included the family's close friends and relatives. Among those present were Aamir Khan and Kiran, designer duo Abu Jaani-Sandeep Khosla, Kirron Kher, ad man Prasoon Pandey and writer Prasoon Joshi, says a media report.Also present was Aishwarya's pregnant sister-in-law Shrima with her husband. As the Big B had to attend an event for the telecast of KBC4, the party started around 9 pm.
All the invitees kept heaping praises on Aishwarya, the report says. . Everyone from Aamir to Akshay congratulated her on the success of Robot.
However, the congratulatory messages weren't restricted to the film. A source reveals, "Ash was looking stunning. There was this natural glow on her face and she looked happy. Lots of guests jokingly asked if she was finally ready to give the good news. To this Ash just blushed and coyly smiled."
While all the guests and family members enjoyed drinks, Ash who enjoys a splash of wine occasionally strictly stayed away from any alcohol. "The fact that she didn't even touch a glass increased the speculation whether she was expecting."

Aamir Khan was the first to reach the venue at 9 pm and last to leave around 2 am. He not only stuck by Bachchan throughout the night, but also took to the dance floor. Kiran however was away from the naach-gaana and was seen in conversation with a close friend. Akshay left early as he had work related to his upcoming TV show Master Chef.
Abhishek's friends were represented by Apoorva Lakhia, Sikander Kher, Sameer Arya, Rakeysh Mehra and Goldie Behl with their wives.
Director brigade was represented by R Balki, Rajkumar Santoshi, Ashutosh and Sunita Gowariker, Vipul and Shefali Shah After the cake cutting, popular songs were played. Bachchan's loyal friend and director Ram Gopal Varma wasn't invited. Karan Johar was absent as he's in New York, but he called the Sexy Sam to wish him. His mom Hiroo Johar was at the party.
