New Delhi: Rajesh Khanna's close companion in his last days Anita Advani is finally at rest as she believes justice has been served.

According to Anita's claim, Dimple and her daughters without following the protocol as mentioned in the will, sold off Rajesh Khanna's dream bungalow 'Aashirwad' at mere price of Rs. 90 cr.

Anita filed a plea in Bombay High Court seeking her right as per on Rajesh Khann's will.

Bollywood's first superstar Rajesh Khanna passed away early morning on 18th July 2012; he left behind a will making his daughters as his heir and Ms Anita as the executioner of the will. But the will was never shown to Anita neither was she considered before selling off the bungalow.

Bombay HC on Wednesday ordered that a copy of Rajesh Khanna's will must be given to Ms Anita Advani and as mentioned in the will, the protocol has to be followed by Dimple Kapadia and her daughters Twinkle & Rinkie.

Quite happy with the judicial system, Anita Advani said, "I am extremely thankful to the judicial system. I am grateful to them. This is the third time I have won the case. I got this news yesterday (Wednesday) and I am extremely happy. Let me get the will, then I will think what to do next."

Anita Advani filed a plea revoking the move of selling of 'Aashirwad', after the news went viral that Dimple Kapadia and her daughter Twinkle sold off the property to a businessman for Rs.90 crore.

She further says, "I have also challenged the sale of the bungalow. I want to convert it into a museum. It's my and Kakaji's dream so let's see. Rs.90 crore is just peanuts for that bungalow. It's worth much more. It's prime property."
