Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan and gorgeous actress Mouni Roy have joined Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor for Brahmastra schedule. It is a 15-day shoot schedule in the picturesque Himachal town. They will be filming for the climax of Ayan Mukerji's action fantasy adventure. It will be larger than life climax scene. For unversed, Ranbir plays the character of Shiva who can emit fire from his palms and Big B plays his guru. He is in a strong supportive role for Shiva.
“Amitji is in Manali, for the next few days before he moves to another shoot in a foreign location in early December. The film’s antagonists, Mouni-Roy and Saurav Gurjar too, will be a part of this schedule, that requires some amount of prep before the camera rolls,” informed the source.

Brahmastra team is in Manali for next few days
Even film's antagonist Mouni Roy took to Instagram to share a glimpse of Manali's beauty. Teasing her friends out there in Bombay, she wrote, ''No winter overdues from bombay ...''
Ayan Mukerji kickstarted the shoot of Brahmastra in Bulgaria last year, followed by the schedules in London, New York, Scotland and later in Varanasi. It is in Varanasi where all central characters meet for the first time. Now, after wrapping Manali schedule, Ranbir and Alia will head back to Varanasi for song. Though was scheduled to shoot in June, due to some reason it couldn't be filmed back then. Since it is an important part of the narrative, Alia and Ranbir will have to return to the Temple City to complete it.
For uninitiated Shah Rukh Khan has shot for a cameo soon after his 54th birthday. It was in the city studio over an eight-day schedule against chroma. The film also stars Nagarjuna who plays an archaeologist, and Dimple Kapadia in important roles.
Meanwhile, besides marking Alia and Ranbir's onscreen debut together, Brahmastra also kickstarted their real-life love story.
