New Delhi: Veteran actress-politician Hema Malini and actor husband Dharmendra can't stop gushing about their little grandson.
The first pictures of Ahana Deol and Vaibhav Vohra's son are out and mother Hema Malini can clearly be seen overjoyed with to become a grandmother.
Dharmendra has also shared his happiness of becoming the grandfather, carrying his daughter Ahana's newborn in his arms reminded him of the time he first took his own children in his hands.
"Taking him (Ahana's baby) in my hands it did remind me of the time when I had taken my children in my hands for the first t?me," said Dharmendra, whose other child with Hema is actress Esha Deol, while actors Sunny and Bobby Deol are his children from first marriage.
The 79-year-old star said he just wants good energies around the baby.
"We are extremely happy. I can't say who does he look like. I would say keep him in your prayers. He should lead a happy, healthy and prosperous life. We just want good wishes for him," Dharmendra said.
Ahana Deol and Vaibhav Vohra welcomed the little bundle of joy on June 12 and immediately mother Hema Malini took to micro-blogging website Twitter to announce the news and share her joy.
"Thk u all for ur good wishes. Yes Ahaana has delivered a baby boy & we are all so thrilled! Mother & baba are fine," Hema tweeted.
Ahana, a trained Odissi dancer, is the younger sister of actress Esha Deol, who hosted a star-studded baby shower for the former in March.
Ahaana tied the knot with Delhi-based businessman Vaibhav Vohra on February 2, 2014.
