Mouni Roy, who rose to fame with her popular Indian drama series Naagin, is finally making her Bollywood debut alongside Khiladi Akshay Kumar in his forthcoming film Gold.
This fresh pairing of Akshay with TV star Mouni, has already created a lot of buzz on the internet. Fans are also excited to get a glimpse of their look from the film Gold.
Adding to the audience excitement a fan page of Akshay shared the very first pic from the set of Gold. And both Akshay and Mouni can be seen sporting a never seen avatar in the pics.
Akshay is looking a sanskari man donning kurta and pyjama while Mouni can be seen sporting a traditional look in sari.

Akshay started shooting for his film Gold few days back while Mouni joined him recently in UK. Gold is a period sports drama basically based on the 1948 London Olympics.
Earlier revealing about Mouni’s character in Gold, Mumbai Mirror said, ‘’ She will be seen in a completely different avatar to suit the era. She is one of the few female characters in the otherwise male dominated narrative.”
