War first song Ghungroo out: Hrithik Roshan, Vaani Kapoor are too hot to handle in peppy track

The song is a spin on classic song ‘Ghungroo toot gaye’.

Ghungroo War's First Song Ghungroo Out

The first song of the upcoming action-thriller War titled 'Ghungroo' is out. The song, starring Hrithik Roshan and Vaani Kapoor, is an out-and-out party track composed by Vishal and Shekhar. Crooned by Arijit Singh and Shilpa Rao, the song has been penned by Kumaar. The song is a spin on classic song ‘Ghungroo toot gaye’.

Besides peppy beat, picturesque locations and acrobatic moves performed by Vaani Kapoor will win your heart. For unversed, Ghungroo is the first Hindi song ever to be shot at the luxurious Amalfi Coast.

War, directed by Siddharth Anand, also features Tiger Shroff in an important role.

We did, however, notice a slight similarity between the music of Hrithik's 2014 film Bang Bang and Ghungroo. Maybe because both films have been directed by Siddharth Anand, and music has been composed by Vishal-Shekhar.

Check out the song below:

If the trailer of War is anything to go by, the movie promises a treat for quintessential action lovers. Moreover, fans are eager to see Tiger and Hrithik pitted against each other.

Anand earlier told reporters Hrithik and Vaani brought a lot of freshness to the movie.

"Hrithik and Vaani's pairing brings a lot of freshness on screen. They are good looking actors, have steamy chemistry in War and are brilliant dancers," Anand said.

The director described "Ghungroo" as a party anthem.

"'Ghungroo' is a party anthem and what's incredible is that we filmed it on the amazing Positano beach and the Amalfi Coast. Everything about 'War' is about the scale and in Ghungroo, we will show audiences the most good-looking beach day party that they have ever seen," he added.

"'War' has many firsts and we can now tell you that no other film or artist has ever shot a song on the Amalfi Coast because of the exclusiveness this destination brings. I'm glad we will be the first film to show it in all its glory," Anand further said.

The film is set to be a visual spectacle for quintessential action lovers, who will witness some jaw-dropping stunts.

Produced by Yash Raj Films, the high-octane film will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on October 2.
