Varun Dhawan to get his first wax statue at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong

Actor Varun Dhawan is riding high on success after his latest release Judwaa 2 did wonders at the box office. Now, the actor is on cloud nine as he has become the latest Bollywood celeb who will have his wax statue featured at the Madame Tussauds. His statue will be unveiled at the Hong Kong branch of Madame Tussauds. The actor shared his excitement on social media.

He took to micro-blogging site Twitter to share a picture in which he can be seen giving measurements. He tweeted, “#madametussauds coming soon.”

In another tweet, he wrote, “Huge honour can't wait to come there and stare down my wax figure. Thank you.”

This comes as a great news for all his fans. Filmmaker Karan Johar, who launched the actor in the industry with Student of the Year, was extremely happy. He tweeted, “Guess who is at Madam Tussauds now?? In Honk Kong! Presenting @Varun_dvn ....it’s on its way!!!!”

It goes without saying that Varun is one the popular actors of the industry. Judwaa 2 is his second consecutive 100 crore film after Badrinath Ki Dulhania. The latter featured the actor opposite Alia Bhatt. He will next be seen sharing the screens pace with Anushka Sharma in Sui Dhaaga — Made In India.
