Actress Twinkle Khanna and actor Akshay Kumar are one of the most adorable couples of Bollywood. This is known to all that the lady is blessed with fantastic sense of humour and thus she lately tweeted something about marriage that will surely leave you in splits. Well, we all know that Twinkle and Akshay are head over heels in love but Twinkle joking on marriage is something with which we all can relate.
Twinkle took to micro-blogging site Twitter and said, “Me: Isn’t a Gordian knot when you are stuck between a rock and a hard place? My sister: No! That’s just called marriage..”
The lady is on cloud nine these days as her maiden production venture PadMan is receiving wonderful response at the box office. Along with Akshay, the film also features Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor in pivotal roles. The movie creates awareness about menstrual hygiene.
PadMan is inspired from the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, the man who invented low-cost sanitary napkins. All the celebs were lately seen taking and giving PadMan challenge where they posed with sanitary napkins telling people that periods are normal.
On a related note, PadMan is inching towards Rs 100 cr mark at the box office. Akshay was last seen in Toilet: Ek Prem Katha that promoted Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. The movie entered the coveted Rs 100 cr club.
