Filmmaker Kabir Khan has finally spoken up on his rumoured tiff with superstar Salman Khan. The director has rubbished the reports of Salman not being in talking terms with him with a sarcastic post on micro-blogging site Twitter.

It’s been a while that the reports of rift between Salman and Kabir have been doing the rounds. As per the media reports, the two Khans were having difference over their upcoming movie ‘Tubelight’.

Reportedly, while Salman was giving his creative opinion to the director, Kabir, on the other hand, wasn’t pleased with his interference.

But it is, Kabir Khan’s recent tweet that has cleared the air on this matter.

Kabir shared a picture of himself with Salman from the sets of ‘Tubelight’, in which the two are seen looking at opposite directions giving an impression that they are miffed with each other.

He gave the image a rather satirical caption asking people to take up the picture while reporting his fight with Salman Khan.

Well, Kabir Khan has proved it that his friendship with Salman remains strong irrespective of all the rumours.

Interestingly, ‘Tubelight’ happens to be Kabir’s third project with Salman.

Earlier, the two have worked together in 2012 release ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and 2015 release ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. While both the movies did commendable business at the box office, expectations are high from Kabir-Salman’s third collaboration as well.

Based on the Indo-Sino war, ‘Tubelight’ features Salman Khan in the role of a soldier along with Chinese actress Zhu Zhu in the lead. The movie is scheduled to release on Eid 2017.
