Superstar Salman Khan and actress Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda is roaring at the box office. The movie crossed Rs 150 cr mark in just five days and now it has even entered the Rs 200 cr club. The collection of the film by the end of Wednesday was Rs 190.62 cr and according to early estimates, the movie minted Rs 15 cr (approx) on its seventh day surpassing Rs 200 cr mark.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#TigerZindaHai is a ONE-HORSE RACE... Continues its DREAM RUN... All set to cruise past ₹ 200 cr mark today [Thu]... Fri 34.10 cr, Sat 35.30 cr, Sun 45.53 cr, Mon 36.54 cr, Tue 21.60 cr, Wed 17.55 cr. Total: ₹ 190.62 cr. India biz. #TZH.”
This year Post Diwali, Ajay Devgn and Parineeti Chopra starrer Golmaal Again became the top grosser of 2017 and collected Rs 205 crore. On the other hand, the worldwide collection of Tiger Zinda Hai has reached has reached Rs 225 cr and it is expected to rise in coming days.
This is the superstar’s 12th consecutive Rs 100-crore film and his fifth film to enter Rs 200-crore club.
The movie starred the hit jodi of Salman and Katrina after a long gap. Tiger Zinda Hai is the sequel to 2012 film Ek Tha Tiger. The lifetime collection of the prequel was Rs 198.78 cr.
