Actor John Abraham, who recently walked out of the show ‘Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza’, has refused to comment on the entire episode. According to media reports, during a promotional event, John said that talking about comedian Krushna Abhishek would give him more importance than he deserves.
The actor, who is awaiting the release of ‘Force 2’, came on the comedy show to promote his movie. While things were going fine, John took offence when his acting skills were joked about on the show. John got so miffed when Krushna Abhishek started making fun of his acting skills in previous movies like ‘Paap’, that he walked out of the show.
Apparently, Krushna Abhishek also ran after John to iron out the differences but the latter was not in mood to listen anything.
The 43-year old actor added that he is not in favour of mindless promotions for movies and urged to stick to what is necessary.
When asked if his big release would be affected by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s demonetisation move, John hoped it wouldn’t. He said the issue would be cleared a little by November 18. An optimist John added that after this prevailing sense of confusion in country withers out, people would want to see some entertainment.
John, who is reprising his role of ACP Yashvardhan from the first movie, said the team is not thinking about pushing the release date.
“We are confident that people will come to watch the film,” said John.
The sequel to the 2011 movie ‘Force’, ‘Force 2’ also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Tahir Raj Bhasin.
