Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Amar Kaushik directorial venture Stree and the third installment of Yamla Pagla Deewana featuring Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se all set to release today.
Rajkummar and Shraddha’s much awaited film Stree is a horror comedy and has been creating buzz among fans from quite some time. Apart from Rajkummar and Shraddha, Stree also features Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee in pivotal roles. Both the trailer and songs of Stree received thumps up of fans and increased their curiosity level which are surely going to drag them to theatres today.
Shraddha talking about her collaboration with Rajkummar and Pankaj in the film said, ''To get the opportunity to work with them was a treat. I would actually be nervous but I would end up having so much fun with them. I have learnt so much just by observing them, it is amazing how they work."
Meanwhile, Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se which is a sequel of 2013 film Yamla Pagla Deewana 2 also releases today. Featuring Dharmendra, Sunny, Bobby, Kriti Kharbanda and Rekha, Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se is a Bollywood action film.
Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se is helmed by Navaniat Singh and bankrolled by Pen India Limited. It is made with a budget of Rs 30 crore and a remake song Rafta Rafta featuring Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Rekha, Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby gained much praise of audience.
Talking about his film Dharmendra said, "We had to make a sequel but it was taking time, things were not falling into place and then even the screenplay wasn't good. I knew while doing the film that it's rubbish and had told the crew that I'm not enjoying shooting it. One knows whether it's going right or not."
