Actress Shraddha Kapoor has rubbished the reports of having a tiff with Alia Bhatt and stated that she finds the rumours quite amusing.
The ‘Rock On 2’ actress further asserted that she not just admires Alia for her work but the two divas even hang out together.
It’s been a while that reports of their cold war surfaced on the internet after Shraddha shared the screen space with Alia’s rumoured boyfriend Sidharth Malhotra in ‘Ek Villain’.
The media reports suggested that Bhatt didn’t want Sid to sign the movie and was insecure about Shraddha’s growing proximity with the actor.
In fact as per the reports, the divas haven’t been on talking terms since then.
But contrary to that, Shraddha said that she likes spending time with the bubby actress.
While talking to an entertainment portal, Kapoor stated that instead of getting upset over the rumours she along with Alia laugh out at them.
“All these things are bound to happen when people try to add some masala,” Shraddha added.
Apparently, the reports of Alia-Shraddha’s tiff escalated, after the ‘Udta Punjab’ actress walked out of a part which was also attended by Kapoor as well.
However, Alia too had refuted the rumours of having any tiff with the ‘Aashiqui 2’ girl, saying there is nothing wrong between the two.
“I don't harbour any animosity towards her. She's a lovely girl and we are constantly in touch and have a mutual admiration society going, where we are constantly sending each other messages and pics saying the other one is looking so amazing or hot!”, Alia was quoted as saying.
Interestingly, Alia was even spotted promoting Shraddha’s last release ‘Rock On 2’ on Instagram with an adorable message.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt is busy with two of her upcoming movies – ‘Dear Zindagi’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya’.
While the latter is slated for an 2107 release, ‘Dear Zindagi’ is scheduled to hit the theatres on November 25. Alia has begun the promotions of the movie and will soon be seen coming to Bigg Boss 10 for the same.
