Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movie with Anand L Rai has reportedly got a working title – Bandhua. The film will see SRK playing his most challenging role yet, that of character of a dwarf.
Apart from this, some information about the budget of the movie is also doing the rounds of the media. Red Chillies VFX will reportedly set a benchmark for Bollywood with reports that the film is budgeted at a lavish Rs 150 crores.
If we talk about Aanand L Rai, the director has seen major success with Raanjhana and Tanu Weds Manu Returns. Both the movies grossed more than Rs 100 crores along with getting critical acclaim amongst the masses.
Bandhua will have Deepika Padukone as the leading lady. It will be her fourth film alongside SRK since her debut with Om Shanti Om in 2007. However, it is not known if she too is playing midget in the movie like Shah Rukh.
The makers have already announced the release date of the movie i.e. 21 December, 2018, blocking a Christmas release for Shah Rukh Khan.
