The chief of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), Pahlaj Nihalani recently asked the makers of Jab Harry Met Sejal to delete the word intercourse from one of the mini-promos of the film for TV. And now Shah Rukh Khan has assured that his film has nothing inappropriate in it.
Pahlaj also said that he would retain the word it if he gets one lakh votes in its favour. Now that Nihalani has received one lakh votes, Shah Rukh was asked about his reaction.
"The way people have voted, they should come and watch the film too. I've said this before as well, we respect the CBFC a lot, they are doing their job, we are doing ours. Having said that, I don't think in the context of the film there is anything objectionable," SRK said at a special event where he launched the new song of Jab Harry Met Sejal here last evening.
The entire team of the film along with SRK, co-star Anushka Sharma and director Imtiaz Ali, went club hopping to launch the song Beech Beech Mein.
This is the second song from the film which came out after five mini promos and a celebratory track Radha.

"The idea of coming out with the mini trails was very difficult. Once I had asked Shah Rukh Khan how can we cut a trailer for this film as there is so much happening in the film. I am happy that people are responding to it (mini trails) positively," Anushka said.
The film is scheduled to release on August 4.
