Trailer of the much anticipated superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s movie ‘Raees’ will be released on December 7, next week.
King Khan, while announcing the date in a video released today on micro blogging site Twitter, gave a pre-cursor of his look and personality in the movie. In the 52 second video, SRK was seen dressed like the character of the gangster he was playing in the reel life. Besides, he spoke like Raees Alam, around whom the movie revolves.
In short we can say that it was teaser of the movie, which off-late has become a tradition in Bollywood. Interestingly, King khan’s teaser was different from the industry.

As a part of the promotional strategy, the trailer of ‘Raees’ will be live streamed across 3,500 screens in nine cities namely Delhi, Indore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai and Moga (Punjab). The makers chose this unique scheme to involve as much people as they can.
Speaking about the grand trailer launch, Shah Rukh had earlier said that he was excited to have a live chat with audience.
Directed by Rahul Dholakia, ‘Raees’ has been in news since it went on floors. Set in 1980’s Gujarat, the movie traces the journey of a bootlegger Raees (SRK) whose business is challenged by police. The movie will release on 26th January along with Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’.
