Superstar Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees has completed one year in the industry. Pakistani actress Mahira Khan, who made her Bollywood debut with the film, has shared some pics to reminisce golden moments. Apart from Mahira and Shah Rukh, the film also featured actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a pivotal role. The movie received great response from the audience and it even entered the coveted Rs 100 crore club.
Mahira took to micro-blogging site Twitter and shared series of pictures from the film in which she can be seen romancing SRK. She tweeted, “Gold⚡#1YearOfRaees.”
In another tweet, she wrote, “Battery Saala⚡ #1YearOfRaees.”
In the film, SRK was seen as the gangster whereas Nawaz played the role of a cop. Mahira played SRK’s love interest. The movie was directed by Rahul Dholakia and was bankrolled by Red Chillies Entertainment and Excel Entertainment. Despite clashing with Hrithik Roshan starrer Kaabil, the film managed to mint good amount. Raees was SRK’s seventh film to Rs 100 cr club.
Earlier, Mahira came into news when her pics with Ranbir Kapoor surfaced on the internet and their dating rumours started doing the rounds.
On a related note, SRK is currently occupied with the work of Anand L Rai’s Zero alongside Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.
