Star kid Sara Ali Khan may have just lost on her big Bollywood debut because of mother Amrita Singh, if media reports are to be believed. Sara, who is the daughter of actor Saif Ali Khan and Amrita reportedly walked out of the Hindi remake of ‘Fault In Our Stars’ because her mother couldn’t come to an agreement with the makers.
It was earlier reported that filmmaker Karan Johar will launch Sara in the sequel of ‘Student of The Year’ opposite Tiger Shroff. After Sara walked out of this project, reports went rife that she has been roped in for the Hindi adaptation of the young adult novel. She was reported to be cast opposite actor Shahid Kapoor’s younger half brother Ishaan Khattar. The Hindi adaptation of ‘Fault in our stars’ with Sara as Hazel and Ishaan as Augstus, was said to be the perfect launch for the young ones.
However, this perfect launch apparently won’t star Sara in it. For Sara to be a part of the movie, the makers wanted her to sign up with a talent management agency. This agency, it is reported, would handle all professional matters of Sara. But, this did not go down well with mother Amrita and she disapproved it.
Since Amrita refused to budge, Sara reportedly had to leave the project. It is also being reported that because of this the project might be scrapped altogether.
Recently, Amrita and Sara’s relationship was in news when it was said that the former had the problems with the way the latter dressed at a party. It was reported that Amrita thought of that actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sara’s step mother, is a bad influence on her.
