The Ranbir Kapoor starrer biopic on Sanjay Dutt is not only raking in the moolah at the Indian box-office but also minting money overseas. The Rajkumar Hirani directorial venture Sanju has now crossed the lifetime business of Prabhas starrer Baahubali 2 in Australia. With this new feat, Ranbir Kapoor’s film now stands tall at number three position next to Aamir Khan’s Dangal and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat.
Sanju, a story based on actor Sanjay Dutt, has so far earned Rs 341.22 crore, which is big achievement for a Bollywood film. The earning of the movie has surpassed Aamir Khan’s PK’s collection of Rs 340.8 crore.

Sanju worldwide Box Office Collection
The film has grossed Rs 430.50 crore (nett Rs 341.22 crore) in India and Rs 140 crore at the overseas box office. Sanju now stands with the grand total of Rs 570.50 crore at the worldwide box office. Though it’ll be difficult for the film to enter the Rs 600 crore club globally.
According to a Hindustan Times report, Fox Star Studios is also planning on releasing the film in the lucrative Chinese market.
Sanju has been dominating the box office ever since its release. The film is also giving the makers of recently released films a run for their money. Backed by a splendid cast, Sanju has received positive reviews from both the audience and the critics.
