Sanju Box Office Collection Day 33: Ranbir Kapoor’s film roaring to hit 350 cr after overtaking Tiger Zinda Hai

The Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanjay Dutt biopic has already emerged as one of the highest grossing Hindi films.

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor and producer Rajkumar Hirani is creating magic with their latest offering Sanju. The Sanjay Dutt biopic is now eyeing to hit the coveted Rs 350 crore mark after beating Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai in the box-office battle. Experts have predicted that Sanju might go on to earn Rs 350 crore by next week. However, three releases are scheduled this week-Fanney Khan, Mulk and Karwaan and so, some trade analyst have pointed out that Sanju’s business might slow down. 

The Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanjay Dutt biopic has already emerged as one of the highest grossing Hindi films of all time with a gross revenue of Rs 339.75 crore, as of 30 July. The Rajkumar Hirani directorial set its foot in Indian theatres on 29 June and its collections have crossed the lifetime business of Salman Khan-starrer 2017 film Tiger Zinda Hai.

Sanju Vs Dhadak and Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster

Sanju has been dominating the box-office ever since its release on June 29. Dhadak, which released on July 20 and Saheb Biwi and Gangster 3 on July 28, didn’t do much harm to Sanju’s earnings. While Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter’s film Dhadak has earned an applauding Rs 63.39 crore, the Sanajy Dutt starrer Saheb Biwi and Gangster 3 has doomed at the box-office earning only Rs 5.75 crore.

After Sanju’s phenomenal success, an international digital streaming platform has reportedkt reached out to the actor’s production house to make a three-part show on his life.

Besides Ranbir Kapoor, Sanju has stars like Paresh Rawal as Sunil Dutt, Sanju's father; Vicky Kaushal as Kamlesh Kamli Kanhaiyalal Kapasi; Manisha Koirala as Nargis, Sanju's mother; Dia Mirza as Manyata Dutt, Sanju's wife; Sonam Kapoor as Ruby, Sanju's girlfriend and Anushka Sharma as Winnie Dias, a biographer.
