New Delhi: Salman Khan’s upcoming movie ‘Sultan’ is making right kind of noise before the release on Eid this year. We have seen how the superstar gave his blood and sweat to master the role of a wrestler – Sultan Ali Khan in the movie.

On the other hand, Anushka Sharma, who is playing ‘Aarfa’ in the movie, is also not much behind when it comes to preparing for the role. The actress who is believed to be a perfectionist decided to master the art of making cow dung cakes for the role.

Interestingly, Anushka’s role of ‘Aarfa’ in the movie demanded her to handle all household tasks with ease. Thus, the makers, initially, were cynical about how the ‘NH 10’ actress would react on shooting such scenes.

But to everyone’s surprise, Anushka showed enough zeal to go for the scene where she was supposed to work with the cow dung.

Talking about essaying Aarfa in the movie, Anushka said:

“Her strength lies in her quiet but resolute ability to manage work at home, on a farm and still focus on wrestling. Every Indian home has a hero in the woman who keeps everything together, and ensures that the family is cared for. Through Aarfa, I hope to highlight their strength and contribution to society and family.”

Helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, ‘Sultan’ is slated to release on Eid. The trailer of the movie will be rolled out on 24th May, 2016
