New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan knows the trick to remain in limelight whether it is because of praises or criticism.
The actor is currently on the winning spree as his recent release ‘Sultan’ is minting crores at the box office and is creating new records with every passing day.
In fact, it has also become Salman’s 10th movie to enter the coveted 100 crore club in a row.
While people are going gaga over Salman’s success, his haters too aren’t leaving a chance to take a dig at the actor.
A TV show had reportedly, referred Salman as old enough to be a grandfather.
This hasn’t gone down well with his father Salim Khan, who has come out in support of his son and slammed the haters.
The noted script-writer took it to micro-blogging site Twitter to speak about the incident. In a series of tweets, Salim stated that people should watch ‘Sultan’ before making such nasty comments about his son.
This is not the first time that Salim has come out in support of Salman Khan. Earlier also, Salim has stood by his son when the ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ star was selected as the goodwill ambassador of the Indian contingent for the upcoming Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
Salim had said, “Salman may not have competed but is an A list swimmer, cyclist and weight lifter. Sportsmen are performing because of sports lovers like us.”
Well, haters or no haters, Salman Khan surely has dad to back him up.
