Few days ago there were reports that Saif Ali Khan might play father to his real-life daughter Sara Ali Khan in Love Aaj Kal 2. However, the truth turns out to be different than what a news portal reported. When Saif Ali Khan was asked about it, he refused to have any knowledge about the project. According to an Asian Age report, Saif Ali Khan was never approached for the film. He said, “It is not true at all”.
Earlier, there were also reports that Saif Ali Khan will work with daughter Sara Ali Khan in a film titled Jawani Jaaneman. However, that report turned out to be a hoax. The role went to Pooja Bedi’s daughter Alaia Furniturewala.
Sara Ali Khan also spoke about the reports suggesting a film with dad Saif Ali Khan. She said, “I would love to do a film with Abba but the film and our characters must justify our presence. We can’t do a film for the sake of doing.”
On the work front, there are rumours that Sara Ali Khan is sharing the screen space with her ‘crush’ Kartik Aaryan. However, when she asked about the same during an interview, Sara refused to have any knowledge about the same.
