The upcoming episode of Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’ featuring comedian Kapil Sharma was heavily edited, according to media reports. And, this is the reason that the episode is being aired after a long time of being shot.
A source revealed to a leading daily that the episode was boring as compared to the rest of the episodes and thus makers were planning to scrap it. It further added that the episode will not be long as most of the parts were not entertaining and were removed. Thus, people will watch the new edited version of it.
However, the recently released promo reveals a different story. In it Kapil, who will be making his debut on the show, was seen giving some rib tickling answers and it created anticipation among audience for the episode.

Previously, it was speculated that the episode was axed as it was shot almost two months back and was not aired. Then, rumours about Karan and Kapil’s sour relationship started doing rounds. Then finally, last week makers released the promo of Kapil’s episode which made movie buffs elated.
Though the promo looked funny, the episode will decide if there was spine to these rumours. Well, it is difficult to believe that Kapil’s episode can be boring as he has been entertaining people with his funny antics from quite some time.
