Actress Rani Mukerji, who is gearing up for the release of her comeback film Hichki, recently walked out of her friend Karan Johar’s reality show India's Next Superstar. According to a source, the lady was suffering from back pain from the past few months, but she is very professional. Thus, she came for the shoot, but the pain was irresistible. So, she went to her house to be attended by the doctor.

As per a source, the timing of the shooting was scheduled from 11am-2pm to 3pm-7pm. The lady arrived on time but was in her vanity van for some time due to pain. Karan came to meet her after which her manager informed the team that the lady won’t be shooting.

The team is still trying to reschedule the shoot.

Karan and Rani are very good friends and have worked in many films like Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and many more.

On a related note, in her upcoming film Hichki, the lady plays the role of a girl suffering from Tourette Syndrome. The trailer of the flick received positive response from the movie buffs. Directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra, Hichki is all set to hit the screens on February 23.
