Actor Rana Daggubati recently caught the headlines after for his sterling muscular transformation for his upcoming movie ‘Baahubali 2’.

But apart from the much awaited sequel to 2015 release ‘Baahubali’, what else is keeping the actor on his toes is his first international project ‘Inferno’.

Yes! Rana is a part of Ron Howard’s ‘Inferno’, though not directly. Interestingly the movie also features Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan in a pivotal role.

The ‘Baahubali’ actor has lent his voice for Telugu version of the movie and has dubbed for Oscar-winning star Tom Hanks, who plays the role of Robert Langdon in the movie.

Rana is over the moon with the opportunity to work for Hanks saying that he has learnt a lot from the Hollywood star and calls it an enriching experience.

"Tom Hanks is a legendary actor and to be a part of his legacy in this way made for an exciting partnership of sorts. More so, this film 'Inferno' is quite significant for us in India because it truly celebrates the power of the Indian market for global players, given that they are releasing it two weeks ahead of the US," Rana said.

"As an actor, I learnt a lot while dubbing for an actor of the caliber of Hanks. I did a small exercise for myself where I got myself recorded while dubbing this helped me a lot in my performance. It was almost like getting trained from someone like Tom Hanks," he added.

Daggubati has been totally smitten by ‘Inferno’ and went on board for the movie just after watching a small clip from the movie.

It took Rana around three days to dub for Langdon's part

‘Inferno’ happens to be the third part of Dan Brown's book after "The Da Vinci Code" and "Angels & Demons". The movie narrates a thrilling story of how Langdon, a professor of symbology at Harvard University, tries to save the world from a deadly plot.

Interestingly, the movie will be released in India on October 14, two weeks ahead of the US release and will be dubbed in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
