The first teaser of Ram Charan Teja’s much awaited Telugu movie ‘Dhruva’ is all set to be unveiled on Dusshera.
The makers released an official statement saying that ‘Dhruva’ teaser will be released on October 11 at 5 p.m.
‘Dhruva’ happens to be a remake of Tamil blockbuster movie ‘Thani Oruvan’ starring Jayam Ravi and Nayantara in the lead.
The Telugu remake of the movie will feature Ram Charan playing the rol of a daredevil cop opposite Rakul Preet Singh.
Actor Arvind Swamy, who is popular for his role in Mani Ratnam’s 1992 release ‘Roja’, will be seen playing the protagonist in the movie.
Interestingly, he will be reprising his own role from the original.
Produced by Geetha Arts, the film has music by Hip-Hop Tamizha duo.
Directed by Surender Reddy, ‘Dhruva’ was earlier scheduled to release in October. However, the release of the movie was pushed to December owing to Arvind’s health issues.
Apparently, the makers are yet to announce the new release date of ‘Dhruva’.
