New Delhi: Actress Priyanka Chopra’s svelte avatar on the June cover of Maxim cover, happened to have started many conversations. While many agreed that she rightfully deserved the tag of the World’s Hottest Woman, the magazine faced ire for photoshopping Priyanka’s image.
More than lightning her skin tone, the magazine was slammed for giving unrealistic beauty standards as PC’s armpit in the photo seemed far from real to many. In fact, many brought about old pictures of Priyanka, and criticised the magazine for using photo shop tools. Twitter users called it an unrealistic expectation and yet another way to body shame.
Guess, the 34 year old Quantico star, could not take more of the comparisons and decided to put an end to the debate.
She shared a picture of herself flaunting her armpits, in reply to the trolls claiming they are “too perfect” in the Maxim cover.
