Amid the ongoing controversy between John Abraham’s production house and KriArj entertainment, the actor has unveiled the new poster of his upcoming film Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran. Along with it, he has also promised to be dropped a shocker. The release date of the film has been shifted many times. With the actor’s latest move, it seems that the battle is not going to end anytime soon.
John took to social networking site Instagram to share the poster. He captioned the image as, “The ultimate countdown to the mission begins. A thrilling journey of patriotism & pride launches on 4th May 2018. #1MonthToParmanu but a shocker drops your way tomorrow itself! @DianaPenty #AbhishekSharma @bomanirani.”
Prernaa Arora's KriArj Entertainment has filed a complaint against John alleging various criminal offenses. KriArj has demanded Rs 30 cr in back if John wants to release the film solo.
The actor in his statement stated, “There has been no case registered by Zee, as reported by some sections of the media. No such FIR has been registered and this fact can be verified from the said police station as well.”
Prernaa revealed to a leading daily Mid-Day that they are also planning to approach the Producers Guild to register an official complaint with them as well.
It is yet to be seen how far this war goes.
The movie is all set to hit the screens on May 4.
