Actors Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh are gearing up for the release of filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial venture Padmavati. The film has been embroiled in controversy from quite some time and the makers are being careful with the promotions in order to avoid more debates. So far, Deepika was seen promoting the film alone but now reports are doing the rounds the trio will kick-start the promotions together at Ahmedabad in Gujarat.
Earlier, it was being said that the makers didn’t want Ranveer to join the promotions as he is playing antagonist Alauddin Khilji and they wanted to save the film from negative publicity. But, now, reports suggest that the makers have changed the plan.
Recently, Deepika graced the 3D trailer launch of the film. Speculations were rife that it was Bhansali, who asked the lady to be present at the launch event.
Now, it is yet to been if the trio promotes the magnum opus together. Recently, Deepika hosted a party at her house after Padmavati received great response from the movie buffs. It was attended by many renowned faces of the industry.
On a related note, Padmavati is all set to hit the screens on December 1.
