Ranveer Singh's Gully Boy has awakened inner rapper in everyone. The Zoya Akhtar's directorial is inspired by real Gully Boys- Naezy and Divine of Mumbai. The film not just got rave reviews from critics but it has also set the cash registers ringing. Bollywood celebrities too are in awe of this movie. Ishaan Khatter too is impressed with Gully Boy and has made his own rap. Sharing it on social media, Ishaan was all praise for the film and Zoya Akhtar's 'one of the best characters'. 

Well, we are not talking about Ranveer's character Murad or Siddhant Chaturvedi's MC Sher. It is Moeen Bhai that won the Dhadak actor's heart. Played by Vijay Varma, Moeen is a drug peddler who also deals with stolen cars. Moeen is Murad's friend, who is happy to see him growing.

Sharing his rap, Ishaan captioned the post, ''Moeen bhai bole machao toh majboori thi, kya? In honour of one of my favourite films in a long time and Moeen bhai, one of Zoya Akhtar's best characters. This is not the first time we have seen Ishaan rapping. We got a glimpse of the actor's rapping prowess after his actor brother Shahid Kapoor shared the video on his Instagram story. Ishaan reportedly learned to rap while shooting for his debut film in Dharavi. He made his debut with Beyond The Clouds helmed by Majid Majidi.

On a related note, Gully Boy has minted Rs 95.20 crore in a week. The release of Total Dhamaal might affect the business of Ranveer Singh's film. The movie also features Alia Bhatt, Kalki Koechlin, Vijay Raaz and others in pivotal roles.
